The Earle opened its doors on December 13, 1977 as a Jazz Club, offering a light fare of sandwiches, soups, and omelettes. In 1979 it made the major transformation from the casual club atmosphere, to the now, very romantic, very intimate restaurant that features outstanding country cooking from the provinces of France and Italy and our award-winning wine list.

Our dining room features live jazz five nights a week. On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday a solo piano or solo guitar begins at 7 p.m. On Friday and Saturday our Jazz Trio plays, beginning at 7 p.m.
